For over 35 years, Action License and Title has been a trusted name in vehicle registration and title services throughout Northern Illinois. We are proud to be a 2nd generation, family-owned business, originally founded by our parents, Ricky and Frances, in April 1988 at the Alpine Village Shopping Center. What started as a small, community-driven company has grown into a local staple, known for delivering fast, friendly, and expert service to the Rockford area and beyond.
Our Family Legacy
From day one, family has been at the heart of everything we do. All of us kids started working at Action License and Title after high school, learning the business from the ground up. While two of our siblings pursued other paths, my brother Brian and I stayed, dedicating ourselves to carrying on the family tradition. Brian has been with the company for over 30 years, and I’ve been here for 22 years. After our father passed away from COVID in 2021 and our mother retired, we took over the business, determined to uphold the values they instilled in us: integrity, hard work, and a commitment to serving our community.
Now, with the next generation stepping in—Brian’s son, Aidan, recently joined us—we’re excited to continue the family tradition of service for years to come.
